Instagram Social Content

Conduct Delta Air Lines feed curation, which consists of sourcing user-generated content that meet our strict content guidelines of humanity-focused travel moments and high-quality photography, while always walking the delicate balance of catering to our “travel inspo” audience and “AV Geek” audience.

Instagram Stories: AR Filter

When the “Which _____ are you?” Instagram filters hit their peak, we saw an opportunity to jump in and join the conversation. Our “My 2020 Destination” filter made an immediate impact, with everything from employees joining in, to customers tagging their friends “Guess where we’re going next!” Within the first week alone, the filter garnered over 1.1 million impressions and 167,000 captures.

This impromptu project consisted of learning Facebook’s Spark AR Studio overnight, and partnering with our resident 3D animator to bring it to life in a premium way that would be reflective of Delta’s brand.
